If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan.

A decade ago, I “had it all” (according to some).⁣

I checked all the boxes off on the “American Dream Checklist” 🥱

✔️brick and mortar office
✔️over 200 patients
✔️made 6-figures

And guess what?⁣ I was freakin’ miserable.

I find that this is one of the places many health practitioners get stuck.⁣

They find it difficult to break out of the status quo expectations of:⁣

→ what a practice should look like⁣
→ how they should be showing up in the online space⁣
→ how they should be interacting with clients⁣
→ the type of lifestyle they should be living⁣

There’s this common thread of consciousness among healers that revolves around this idea that to be of service and create an impact in the world we need to be living a life of servitude.

⁣Newsflash: we don’t.⁣ 🙅🏻‍♀️

⁣We need to be completely taken care of ourselves before we can have the capacity to give from overflow instead of sustenance.⁣
